Skovshoved Hotel is a small, family-run hotel with 22 rooms and a unique location overlooking the Øresund.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who wants to help ensure high quality, structure, and great guest experiences in close collaboration with the rest of our housekeeping team.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in daily operations. You will be responsible for structuring and further developing efficient workflows, ensuring the daily preparation and cleaning of rooms and common areas, and maintaining a consistently high standard.
Your primary responsibilities
Actively participate in daily operations
Lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team
Ensure high quality and professional standards in both rooms and common areas
Plan and coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling
Recruit and train new colleagues
Optimize efficient workflows and procedures
Manage inventory and handle ordering of supplies
Ensure a good working environment in close collaboration with the rest of the hotel

Have experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
Work in a structured manner and have an eye for detail and quality
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with responsibility and varying working hours
Are a motivating leader who can create engagement within the team
Are flexible and adaptable
Language skills: understands and speaks English, while much of the communication and many of the systems are in Danish, so it is clearly an advantage if you can read and speak some Danish as well.
The position
Approximately 130 hours per month
Working hours: between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM on weekdays as well as weekends and public holidays.
Start date: July 2026 - or by agreement
There will be an opportunity for more hours during the summer season and fewer hours during the winter period.
