MASH Skovriderkroen is looking for a full time brunch chef for our luxurious brunch on weekends.
Every Saturday and Sunday we get around totally 600 brunch guests with high expectations of a brunch with a very wide range of high end products.
This takes both planning, preparation and presenting the buffet in an appealing way along with the brunch team.
We make salads and smoothies ourselves, have around 30 different items ranging from various bread, cheeses, cakes, warm dishes and cold cuts as well as an omelet station open throughout brunch service.
If you have previous experience with preparing brunch, it is an absolute advantage.
We need an experienced chef with an economical understanding, who is used to working independently.
The working hours are flexible when it comes to the preparations, and our current brunch chef has every other weekend off.
We are an international team and communicate in English.
